***** AUGUSTINE GEORGE MASIH, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that despite her juniors having been granted the promotion to the post of an Assistant without insisting upon passing of the type test vide order dated 13.03.2013 (Annexure P-10).the same benefit has not been granted to her.

Petitioner had been approaching the respondents for the similar benefit to be conferred upon her but without any result.

Petitioner thereafter has served a legal notice dated 10.02.2014 (Annexure P-11) upon the respondents, but till date no decision thereon has been taken or conveyed to the petitioner.

Counsel contends that the petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Director, Social Justice & Empowerment Department, Haryana-respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 10.02.2014 (Annexure P-11) served by the petitioner, within some specified time.
