-*- Applicants-appellants no.2 & 3 Ajaib Singh @ Jaiba and Gurmail Ram @ Gej have preferred this application seeking suspension of sentence, during the pendency of this appeal.

Applicants-appellants Ajaib Singh @ Jaiba and Gurmail Ram @ Gej have been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 06 years under Section 307 IPC.

The counsel for the applicants-appellants states that the applicants are in custody since 02 yeaRs.03 months and 10 days.
