Petitioner has filed this petition challenging the advertisement on the ground that the respondents were seeking to terminate her services.

Para 5 and 6 of the short reply filed by respondent Nos.4 to 6 read as under:- “That the respondent-college has to get its accreditation extended by National Assessment and Accreditation (NAAC).for which, the time has been Sandeep Sethi 2014.05.13 16:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP No.26660 of 2013 -2- allowed by the UGC till 01.06.2014 and one of the requirements of such accreditation is appointment of a qualified Librarian.

Moreover, Library needs to be set as per the requirements of National Assessment and Accreditation (NAAC).which has not been done so far.

Therefore, it was felt by the respondents that a qualified Librarian and an Asst.

Librarian is required in addition to the petitioner.

That in view of the above, requirement of setting up of the library as per NAAC requirements and for smooth running of the work, the advertisement in question was issued on 23.11.2013 to engage a qualified Librarian and Asst.

Librarian on adhoc basis in addition to the post occupied by the petitioner.

As such the apprehension expressed by the petitioner is misplaced.
