The present writ petition has been filed on 10.02.2014 by the petitioner challenging the order dated 06.02.2014 (Annex.1) keeping the petitioner, who was working as Executive Engineer, under Awaiting Posting Order (APO).2.

During the pendency of this writ petition, along-with reply to the present writ petition, the respondent- Department has placed on record the copy of the order dated 14.02.2014, whereby the petitioner was given posting at Pratapgarh as Executive Engineer.

By an interim order dated 18.02.2014, the effect and operation of impugned APO order dated 06.02.2014 was stayed by this Court and the said interim order is still continuing as of now.

In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty and direction to the petitioner to make suitable representation to the respondent No.1, Secretary, Public Works Department, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur, within a period of one week from today, and the said authority is requested to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from today, however, in any case before 31.05.2014.

Till the disposal of the representation, the interim order dated 18.02.2014 will continue.
