The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following prayeRs.- “It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that: - a) by an appropriate writ, order or direction the writ petition filed by the petitioner may kindly be allowed.

b) by an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent authorities may kindly be directed to allow benefit of Second and Third Selection Grades to the petitioner as have been granted to his similarly S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.7496/2012 Tulsi Ram versus State of Rajasthan & ORS.Order dt: 02/04/2014 2/3 situated persons i.e.Shri Pukhram Inaniya and accordingly his pay may kindly be fixed after granting benefits of annual grade increments and VIth Pay Commission etc.c) by an appropriate writ, order or direction, respondent authorities may further kindly be directed to make payment of arrears on account of pay-fixation of petitioner after allowing benefit of second and Third Selection Grades, with applicable interest.

d) by an appropriate writ, order or direction, respondent authorities may also kindly be directed to grant all other consequential benefits to the petitioner as per rules.

e) Any other appropriate order, which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.

f) Cost of the writ petition may please be awarded in favour of the petitioner.”

The petitioner admittedly has already filed a representations before the respondent-authorities, copies whereof are placed on record as Annex.10 dated 06.02.2009 and 26.03.2010 and in absence of having been decided the said representations by the respondent- Public Health & Engineering Department, the petitioner have to file the present writ petition.

Although, the respondents have filed reply to the writ petition, however, the order disposing of these representations has not been placed on record.
