(ORAL) Vide this common order, I intend to dispose of two petitions bearing CRM No.M-31580 of 2013 titled as, “Parminder Singh and another versus State of Punjab and another”.

and CRM No.M-29994 of 2013 titled as, “Jolly Bhatia Shalini 2014.04.04 16:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh CRM No.M-31580 OF2013(O&M) -2- Shehzada and other versus State of Punjab and another”., as the same have arisen out of the same incident.

This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing FIR No.501 dated 29.10.2008 under Sections 326/325/324/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar, District Amritsar and its cross-version registered under Section 323/324/325/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar City, on the basis of compromise, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Report from the trial Court has been received in which it is mentioned that parties have arrived at a compromise.

This is a personal dispute which has been amicably settled between the parties.

So, in view of the above circumstances and in view of authority reported as, “Kulwinder Singh and others versus State of Punjab and others”.
