The petitioner, who is working as Environmental Engineer with Punjab Pollution Control Board, is seeking quashing of the orders dated 15.1.2013 (P-13) and 18.11.2013 (P-15).whereby in sum and substance his claim for promotion as Senior Environmental Engineer governed by the statutory rules has been declined by treating his Diploma in Civil Engineering and experience of more than 10 years as Joshi Rajinder Prashad 2014.03.14 14:09 I attest to the accuracy of this Order.
