The present petition has been filed under Section 407 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for transfer of the Criminal Complaint No.24/1 dated 4.6.2007 (Annexure P-1) titled “Maninder Singh Versus Kulwant Singh and ors”., from the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Barnala.

During the couRs.of arguments, the learned counsel for respondent states that the above-said complaint is fixed for examination of complainant for 14.3.2014 and he has no objection for transfer of the case from Ludhiana to Sangrur but after 14.3.2014, which is accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioneRs.3.

Keeping in view the above situation, this Court feels that the ends of justice would be squarely met, if the proposal put-forth by the parties is accepted and the Criminal Complaint No.24/1 dated 4.6.2007 is transferred to the court of competent jurisdiction at Sangrur after conduct of proceedings i.e.completion of examination of the complainant on 14.3.2014.
