.....on all the appearing parties on usual terms on request basis. however, i record that this application was argued by mr.s.n.mitra, learned senior advocate, and ms.mukherjee, learned advocate. thereafter it was submitted by some learned counsel that copies of the application and the supplementary affidavit had not been served. list all these applications for further consideration on 14th march, 2014 when it would be open to the other appearing parties to make submissions. any party may file a short rejoinder to the application (g.a.no.453 of 2013) and the supplementary affidavit, if so desired. on the submission by mrs.sikdar, learned advocate appearing for the official liquidator, i direct the official liquidator to make an appropriate application to enable this court to pass suitable orders with regard to the civil suit filed in a learned court at barrackpore. mrs.sikdar also points out some breach which has occurred in the boundary wall of the mill. the official liquidator may take such steps as may be available to him for protection of the property of the company (in liquidation).i also record the submission of mrs.sikdar that the official liquidator has no fund in his hands and that he is defraying some expenses from the official liquidator’s establishment charges account. certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
