The petitioner commenced continuous service as Part- Time High School Assistant with effect from 01-06-1987. On completion of 5 years she was made Full Time with effect from 15-07-1982, by virtue of G.O (MS) No.62/73/G.Edn dated 02-05-1973. Before commencing continuous service as Part-Time High School Assistant, the petitioner has got approved service in an aided schools as Part-Time High School Assistant, from 27-01-1987 to 31-03- 1987. The petitioner's pay was revised with effect from 01- 07-2011 reckoning 24 years service including continuous Part Time service from 01-06-1987 onwards. But Ext.P2 fixation giving weightage to the Part Time service was objected by the 3rd respondent through Ext.P3, stating that reckoning of Part Time service for weightage was irregular and the pay fixation made is not admissible. Direction was W.P.(c) No.31001/2013 -2- issued to regularise/re-fix the pay of the petitioner excluding the Part-Time service from 27-01-1987 to 31-03- 1987 and from 01-06-1987 to 14-07-1992.

This writ petition is filed raising complaint against non-consideration of Ext.P8.
