Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.58/2014 of Konni Police Station. The offences alleged against him are punishable under Secs.452, 341 and 324 IPC. Apprehending arrest, this petition is filed for anticipatory bail.

It is alleged that on 9.1.2014 at about 10 AM, the petitioner who is the neighbour of the complainant, trespassed into her house after having made preparation to cause hurt to the complainant woman and inflicted injuries by using a chopper. It is stated that when she ran away, the accused chased her and from near the well, the accused caught hold of her hair and inflicted the injury. It is stated that there were disputes between two neighbours.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are not true. B.A. No.1199 of 2014 -:
