Learned counsel for the respondent- Medical & Health Services, Ms.Kusum Rao, has produced the copy of communication dated 01.02.2014 of the Additional Director (Admin.).Medical & S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.8368/2012 Deepak Kumar Jain versus State of Rajasthan & ORS.Along-with 5 connected writ petitions Order dt: 03/02/2014 2/2 Health Services, Rajasthan, Jaipur, apprising the fact that the posts of Pharmacists under the selection process of the year 2011, notifying 1475 posts at that time, and out of 1416 posts have already been filled-in; and 62 posts are still lying vacant under different categories, detail thereof is given in the communication is re-produced herein below in tabular form for ready reference.
The copy of the communication dated 01.02.2014 is taken on record.

Learned counsels for the petitioner(s) have fairly submitted that in view of above vacant posts of Pharmacist/s, a direction may be given to the respondents to consider their case against these vacant posts according to their eligibility and merit position under the said selection process.

The present writ petitions are disposed of taking the said communication dated 01.02.2014 on record, and accordingly the respondent- State may consider the case of the petitioners accordingly.
No costs.
