(Oral) An amount of Rs.28,800/- towards arrears of maintenance @ Rs.800/- per month uptill 14.05.2009 has been paid by counsel for the petitioner to counsel for the respondent-wife today in Court.

Counsel for the parties are ad idem that the respondent-wife may be allowed maintenance @ Rs.1,900/- per month with effect 07.04.2003 to 19.01.2011 and subsequent thereto, the petitioner shall be liable to pay maintenance @ Rs.3,000/- per month.

The petitioner shall clear the remaining arrears of maintenance @ Rs.1,900/- per month with effect from 07.04.2003 to January 19, 2011, within a period of two months.

In view of consensus between counsel for the parties, the Bimbra Mohan Lal 2014.02.10 17:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh Crl.
