(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court claiming the benefit of regularization of her services from the date her juniors were regularized as also for the grant of ACP Scale as a consequence of her services having been regularized.

Claiming the said benefit, petitioner has served a legal notice dated 09.10.2013 (Annexure P-9) upon the respondents, which has, till date, not been responded to nor any benefit granted to her.
