(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner contends that the claim of the petitioner in the writ petition is for considering his claim for regularization of his services as Class-IV employee w.e.f.01.02.1999 i.e.the date the services of his juniors have been regularized vide order dated 11.03.2011 (Annexure P-8).Petitioner has been granted the benefit of regularization vide order dated 16.03.2006 to be given effect from the said date.

Petitioner has served a legal notice dated 18.09.2013 (Annexure P-9) upon the respondents, which has, till date, not been decided.
