Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Pardeep Kumar who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 306, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.10, dated 18.03.2013, registered at Police Station, Gardhiwala, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel contends that at the time of inquest report, the father and other relatives of the deceased were categoric in their statements that the deceased had inadvertently consumed sulphas and after seven months of the occurrence, the complainant side became greedy and to falsely implicate the petitioner, lodged the FIR; and that in compliance of the order dated 09.12.2013 passed by this Court, the Sharma Seema 2014.01.26 10:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh Criminal Misc.No.M-35836 of 2013 {2} petitioner did join the investigation and co-operated with the Investigating Agency.
