For Plaintiff : Mr.Moinak Bose, Advocate with Ms.S.Saha, Advocate For Defendant : Mr.Syed E.

Huda, Advocate with Mr.S.Sengupta and Ms.Lucky Mukherjee, Advocates The Court : Mr.Moinak Bose, learned Advocate appearing for the plaintiff, submits that his client filed the documents on which his client is relying on with the Department on 10th January, 2014.
