Huda, Advocate with Mr.S.Sengupta and Ms.Lucky Mukherjee, Advocates The Court : Mr.Moinak Bose, learned Advocate appearing for the plaintiff, submits that his client filed the documents on which his client is relying on with the Department on 10th January, 2014.
A direction may be given to his client so that Judge’s brief of documents may be prepared and filed with the Court for proceeding with the matter effectively on the date fixed.

Huda, learned Advocate appearing for the defendant, submits that it is a fact that his client has not complied with the order dated 6th September, 2011, whereby his client was given opportunity to file documents on which his client is relying on.
His client may be given opportunity to file application stating as to why defendant has not complied with the order dated 6th September, 2011.
However, the plaintiff may proceed with the matter on the basis of his own documents after giving inspection to those documents to the otherside.
Mr.Bose is requested to supply the copies of the documents on which his client is relying on to the learned Advocate of the defendant within a week from date.
On completion of the process of inspection, Mr.Bose’s client is at liberty to file Judge’s brief of documents for effective hearing of the matter on future date.
Matter be listed four weeks hence.
Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
