(open court) 1. it is agreed between the parties that the opposite party shall pay to the complainant a sum of rs.1,50,000/- in three equated monthly instalments. the first of the instalments is being paid today by means of a demand draft bearing no.379223 dt.03/04/2008 for a sum of rs.50,000/-. the second instalment shall be paid on or before 08/05/2008 and the third and last instalment shall be paid on or before 08/06/2008. in case, payment is not made as undertaken by the opposite party, the complainant is at liberty to execute this order as a decree of court and the opposite party shall be liable to pay interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of such default till payment. 2. the appeal is disposed of accordingly. no costs.

1. It is agreed between the parties that the opposite party shall pay to the complainant a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- in three equated monthly instalments. The first of the instalments is being paid today by means of a Demand Draft bearing No.379223 dt.03/04/2008 for a sum of Rs.50,000/-. The second instalment shall be paid on or before 08/05/2008 and the third and last instalment shall be paid on or before 08/06/2008. In case, payment is not made as undertaken by the opposite party, the complainant is at liberty to execute this order as a decree of court and the opposite party shall be liable to pay interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of such default till payment.
