========================== W.P.(C). No.29006 OF2013========================== Dated this the 26th day of November, 2013 JUDGMENT

The grievance of the petitioner is regarding the non-approval of her appointment as Full Time Language Teacher (Hindi) from 1.6.2005. Earlier, aggrieved by the order passed by the inferior authorities, the petitioner took up the matter before the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent declined to approve the appointment of the petitioner as per Ext.P10 order dated 24.5.2013. Feeling aggrieved by the same, the petitioner moved the second respondent. The second respondent as per Ext.P13, rejected the request of the petitioner and virtually confirmed Ext.P10 order. Aggrieved by Exts.P10 and P13, the petitioner has now preferred Ext.P14 revision petition before the Government. It is still pending. The short prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the first W.P.(C).29006/13 2 respondent to consider Ext.P14 revision petition and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously and in accordance with law. Taking note of the fact that Ext.P14 is pending before the first respondent and in view of the order I propose to pass in this writ petition I do not think it necessary to issue notice to the eighth respondent in this proceedings. Since Ext.P14 revision petition is pending before the first respondent, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P14 revision petition expeditiously and in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Needless to say that before passing orders thereon, the eighth respondent shall also be put on notice. Sd/- C.T. RAVIKUMAR (JUDGE) spc/ W.P.(C).29006/13 3 C.T. RAVIKUMAR, J.
