The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers : " i. issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of Ext.P8 application and prepare the plan within a time schedule to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ii. Grant such other further reliefs which this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant under the circumstances of the case." 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the only relief sought for is to cause Ext.P8 representation preferred by the petitioner to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
4. Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to adjudicate the issue on merits. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P8 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after giving W.P.(C)No.23375/2013 2 an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate within 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the third respondent for further steps. P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON JUDGE sv. W.P.(C)No.23375/2013 2
