*** JASWANT SINGH, J.(ORAL) Petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of divorce proceedings filed by the respondent-husband titled as “Paras versus Rekha”.

under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, Kaithal to a court of competent jurisdiction at Panipat.

It is submitted that the marriage between the parties was solemnized on 20.01.2005 at village Aleva, Tehsil and District Jind.

They cohabited as husband and wife in the matrimonial home at village Sivan, District Kaithal and a minor son was born out of the wedlock on 4.8.2008.
