(Oral) This petition has been filed under the Contempt of Courts Act against the respondents for willfully violating the order dated 27.09.2013.

This Court by judgment and order dated 27.09.2013 passed in CWP No.17928 of 2013 had decided that there has been a mistake in the calculation of distribution of seats and as a result thereof the petitioner should be at Serial No.1.

However, despite having made representations (Annexures P-3 & P-4) the same are not being decided.

In my opinion, before taking recouRs.to the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act it would be appropriate to direct the respondent No.2 to decide the said representations by passing a speaking order thereon Sharma Ashish 2013.10.07 12:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh C.O.C.P.No.2617 of 2013 (O&M) -2- within any reasonable time.
