23. d September, 2013 The petitioners have been made an accused for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the allegation in the First Information Report is that this petitioner along with other accused persons had called the informant's grandmother a 'dain' and dragged her out the house whereafter, one, Rajesh Ram assaulted with iron rod on her head. It is submitted that co-accused, namely, Prakash Ram, has been admitted on bail in B.A. No. 5076 of 2013 by this Court. Learned A.P.P while opposing the bail of the petitioners, fairly conceded to the submissions. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 4 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 23 of 2013. (Amitav K. Gupta, J.) Satayendra/-
