23. d September, 2013 The petitioner has been made an accused for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had no knowledge that this case had been lodged against him and that the in-laws and the husband of the deceased have been acquitted in S.T. No. 16 of 2011 by order dated 19.10.2012. That the petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2013. Learned A.P.P while opposing the bail of the petitioner, has not controverted the submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel.
