Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State. The petitioner is an accused in Khelari P.S. case no.57 of 2013 registered under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been alleged to have committed offence under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code but according to the statement made by the victim girl, she had gone with the petitioner with her own accord and thereby the petitioner cannot be said to have enticed away the minor girl. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Ranchi, in Khelari P.S. case no.57 of 2013 (G.R.No.2720 of 2013).
