JUSTICE NARENDRA NATH TIWARI For the Petitioner : Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Advocate For the Opposite Party : APP --- 02/21-09-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is an accused in the case registered under section 17 of C.L.A. Act.
