Jajodia, Advocate The Court : The Registrar, Original Side is directed to intimate this Court as to why the orders passed in the connected application, being CA No.258 of 2013, have not been placed along with the orders passed in the main petition, i.e.CP No.399 of 2012.
Perusing one of the orders passed in CA No.258 of 2013, it appears that Harish Tandon, J.on 24th June, 2013, has referred to an administrative order dated 18th May, 2007 and was of the view that the said application, being CA No.258 of 2013, could not be taken up by that Bench since it was an application for recalling of an order dated 25th March, 2013 passed by Sanjib Banerjee, J.
In the letter dated 2nd September, 2013,addressed to the Registrar, High Court of the Original Side, written by Mr.Anurag Bagaria, being the learned Advocate who represents Tarani Creations PVT.Ltd., only the order dated 26th August, 2013, which was passed in CP No.399 of 2012, was annexed.

In such circumstances, let this matter be placed before the Hon’ble the Chief Justice once again, for appropriate directions, along with the order dated 24th June, 2013, passed in CA No.258 of 2013.
