(Oral) The prayer in this petition is for release of temporary electricity connection in the light of the order passed by this Court in CWP No.4698 of 2013 and connected petitions decided on 15.05.2013.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation very fairly concedes that the controveRs.raised in the present petition is squarely covered by the decision rendered in the above noted CWP No.4698 of 2013 and, therefore, prays that the instant petition be also disposed of in the same terMs.In CWP No.4698 of 2013 it has been held as under:- “Learned counsel for the petitioners assert that there is a stay on further construction in CWP No.10331 of 2012 pending before the Ist Bench.

The question of environmental clearance is pending before the Ministry of Environment, New Delhi.

It may take some time to resolve the issue.
