(ORAL) Instant revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 21.5.2013 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division).Jalandhar, whereby the evidence of petitioner has been closed by order of the court.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that affidavits of the witnesses are already on record and they are only to be cross- examined by defendant No.2.
