(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.is for issuance of a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from respondents No.4 and 5.

The petitioners have got married against the wishes of their parents.

They are stated to be major.

In support of his proof of age petitioner No.1 has placed on record a copy of 5th Class Examination Certificate (Annexure P-1) wherein his date of birth is mentioned as 23.11.1987 whereas petitioner No.2 has placed on record a copy of Matriculation Examination Certificate (Annexure P-2) depicting her date of birth as 05.12.1991.
