RAKESH KUMAR GARG, J (ORAL) not compliance of order dated 25.07.2012 passed in CWP No.13989 of 2012 has been alleged in this contempt petition.

Upon notice, short reply by way of affidavit of Sh.

Kamal Kumar, Director, Public Instructions (SE).Punjab, respondent No.2, filed in the Court, is taken on record.

Para No.2 of the aforesaid reply reads thus:- “That, the said order has been complied with.
