Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and considering the averments made in this application, we are of the opinion that sufficient reasons have been shown for condoning the delay in filing the appeal.
Therefore, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
Let the appeal be registered, if otherwise in form.
Thus, the application stands allowed.
There will be no order as to costs.
G.A.No.562 of 2013 : Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, we are of the opinion that the issues raised in the appeal should be decided expeditiously and no interim order should be passed at this stage.
The appellants herein are, therefore, directed to prepare requisite number of informal paper books out of Court and file the same within one week from date.
Since the contesting parties are represented by the concerned learned Advocates, requirement of service of notice of appeal and all other formalities stand dispensed with.
However, an index shall be prepared by the appellants and included in the paper books to be filed.
Let the appeal be listed under the heading ‘For Hearing’ two weeks hence before the appropriate Bench.
All parties concerned are to act on a signed photocopy of this order on the usual undertakings.
