( Oral ) The petitioner has filed the instant petition for issuing direction to the respondents to allot him a plot measuring 6 marla under the oustee policy of the State Government.

It is the case of the petitioner that vide award dated 23.3.1992, his land measuring 3 Kanals 2 Marlas situated in the revenue estate of Dharuhera, Tehsil and District Rewari, was acquired for the development of Sector 6 Part-II, Dharuhera.

In lieu of this acquisition, the petitioner applied for allotment of 6 marla plot with earnest money on 20.4.2006, but he has not been allotted the plot under the oustee policy.

CWP No.26157 of 2012 -2- In pursuance to the notice issued, learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 has placed on record copy of the proceeding of the meeting of Screening Committee held on 22.1.2012 at Rewari under the Chairmanship of the Administrator, HUDA, Gurgaon, regarding settlement of oustees claims of Sector 6 Part-I and II, Urban Estate, Dharuhera.

At item No.6 of the list of the oustees claiMs.annexed with the aforesaid proceeding, the Screening Committee has recommended for allotment of 6 marla plot to the petitioner as per HUDA policy.

Learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 states that the said plot will be allotted to the petitioner shortly within a period of three months.

In view of the aforesaid factual position, this petition has rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as having become infructuous.
