cr.r.no.1474/2012 13.8.2012 shri s.d.khan, counsel for the applicant. shri pushraj singh, panel lawyer for the state. heard finally. applicant has filed this criminal revision under section 397 read with section 401 of cr.p.c.to quash the order dated 13.6.2012 passed in s.t.no.278/2012 by the learned second additional sessions judge, chhindwara. it is submitted by the counsel applicant that, applicant who is the complainant has moved an application together with some photographs as evidence which shows witnesses moinuddin and saifuddin with the accused person. these photographs were not taken on record by the second a.s.j.on the ground that these kind of photographs could be prepared by trick photography. looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the order passed in s.t.no.278/2012 dated 13.6.2012 by the learned second additional sessions judge, chhindwara is quashed. this revision is allowed. documents in the form of photographs are taken on record. complainant is also permitted to used these photographs at the time of evidence. with this direction this petition is disposed off. c.c.as per rules. Applicant has filed this Criminal Revision under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C.to quash the order dated 13.6.2012 passed in S.T.No.278/2012 by the learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, Chhindwara.

It is submitted by the counsel applicant that, applicant who is the complainant has moved an application together with some photographs as evidence which shows witnesses Moinuddin and Saifuddin with the accused person.

These photographs were not taken on record by the Second A.S.J.on the ground that these kind of photographs could be prepared by trick photography.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the order passed in S.T.No.278/2012 dated 13.6.2012 by the learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, Chhindwara is quashed.

This revision is allowed.

Documents in the form of photographs are taken on record.

Complainant is also permitted to used these photographs at the time of evidence.

With this direction this petition is disposed off.
