.....in the case of present petitioners also. having considered the aforesaid submissions put forth by the petitioners and on taking note of the subsequent developments that have taken place, i am not inclined to grant any benefit to the petitioners.after the order passed on 15.12.2010 in the case of gopal chawla (supra) directing the state government to examine the claim of the gurujis for grant of appropriate pay scale, the state government has taken a decision in the matter and an order was passed on 12th of august, 2011 by which the case of gopal chawla and others was decided in the light of the order passed by the division bench of this court, thereafter, shri gopal chawla again challenged the order passed by the state government before a bench of this court at gwalior and the second writ petition filed by the gopal chawla i.e.w.p.no.5963/2011 has also been decided by the single bench of this court at gwalior arjun dongre & ors.versus state & ors.on 13.12.2011 and is reported in 2012 (2) jlj 421. not in the light of the subsequent developments that have taken place, the directions issued by the division bench cannot be further issued, as the matter stands settled on the basis of the subsequent order passed by the single bench at gwalior in w.p.no.5963/2011 on 13.12.2011. however, in case any benefit accrues to the petitioners by virtue of the order passed by the single bench at gwalior in w.p.no.5963/2011 i.e.2012 (2) jlj 421.the same can be granted to the petitioners also in accordance with law on a claim in this regard being raised. with the aforesaid, petition stands disposed of. Arjun Dongre & ORS.versus State & ORS.W.P.No.17434/2012 18/10/2012 Shri Rajesh Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioneRs.Seeking a direction to consider and grant benefit to the petitioners in accordance with the certain directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.596/2010 (Gopal Chawla and ORS.versus State of M.P.& Ors.) on 15.12.2010, petitioners have filed this writ petition.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that similar orders as have been passed in the case of Gopal Chawla & ORS.(Supra) be passed in the case of present petitioners also.
