Taking note of the fact that the appellant has been convicted for offence under Section 379 of IPC and sentenced to undergo 1 year R.I.along with the fine amount of Rs.500/-, which amount has already been deposited by the appellant.

Considering the aforesaid, I.A.No.13955/2013 is allowed.
