W.P.No.8713/2012 (Jeevanlal versus Puranlal & ors.) 29.06.2012 Heard Shri Umesh Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner on the question of admission and interim relief.

The learned counsel for the petitioner having assailed the validity of order dated 04.05.12 passed by the FiRs.Additional District Judge, Balaghat in Misc.

Appeal No.17/12 and having argued at length, submits that he will implead the Janpad Panchayat as party and has prayed for an observation to the effect that on his doing the same and filing a fresh application for injunction, the court below be directed to take a decision on the application at an early date.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with an observation that in case the petitioner files a fresh application for injunction in the pending suit after impleading the Janpad Panchayat, Lanji, District Balaghat, the court below shall take up the matter at an early date and after hearing all concerned shall decide the application as early as possible in accordance with law.
