conc. 1237/2011 7/5/2013 shri r.k.verma, learned counsel for the petitioner. shri kamlesh dwivedi, learned counsel for the respondents. considering the fact that in pursuance to the order passed on 24.6.2010 in w.p.no.13697/2006, the question of determining the social status of the petitioner was referred to high power committee and as is evident from annexure r/1 the said committee considered the claim of the petitioner and by its order dated 21.8.2012 has rejected the claim, not no further action is required to be taken in this proceeding. however, in case, petitioner has any grievance with regard to the manner in which consideration was made by high power committee and claim is rejected, petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the said order of the high power committee afresh in accordance with law. with the aforesaid, respondents are discharged from the proceedings and the application disposed of. Considering the fact that in pursuance to the order passed on 24.6.2010 in W.P.No.13697/2006, the question of determining the social status of the petitioner was referred to High Power Committee and as is evident from Annexure R/1 the said Committee considered the claim of the petitioner and by its order dated 21.8.2012 has rejected the claim, not no further action is required to be taken in this proceeding.

However, in case, petitioner has any grievance with regard to the manner in which consideration was made by High Power Committee and claim is rejected, petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the said order of the High Power Committee afresh in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, respondents are discharged from the proceedings and the application disposed of.
