As the claim of petitioner in a proceeding under the Madhya Pradesh Samaj Ke Kamjor Vargo Ke Krishi Bhumi Dharko Ko Udhar Dene Walo Ko Bhumi Hadapne Sambandhi Kuchakro Ke Paritran Tatha Mukti Adhiniyam 1976 is pending before the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Jabalpur, respondent No.7, the said respondent is directed to decide the matter in accordance to remand made by the Additional Commissioner on 26.05.2001 within a period of three months after hearing all concerned.

With the aforesaid, the petition stands allowed and disposed of.
