This appeal is directed against an order dated 23.8.2012 in Writ Petition No.22034/2011(S).which was dismissed on merits.

Learned counsel for the appellant after arguing the matter at length submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this appeal with liberty to challenge the order of repatriation, if passed in the matter of appellant in future, on its own merits.

Prayer is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents hence it is allowed.
