Petitioner is working as a Rural Agriculture Extension Officer and has been transferred from Hoshangabad to Rajgarh.

Challenge to the order of transfer is made mainly on the ground that petitioner is paralytic and as he is suffering from serious ailments, his transfer contrary to the transfer policy is illegal.

The grounds raised are infact petitioner’s personal inconveniences due to his ailment, which prevents him from carrying out the order of transfer and the aforesaid ground is to be considered by the competent authority of the department and an administrative decision taken with regard to transfer of the petitioner.
