Heard on I.A.No.14502/12 an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to applicant .

Applicant has been convicted u/s354 of IPC and sentenced to R.I.for six months and fined of Rs.500/ -vide judgment and finding dated 23.4.2012 in Criminal Case no.919/10 by J.M.F.C Damoh; in Cri.

appeal No.37/12 vide judgment dated 5.7.12 of Sessions Judge Damoh has dismissed the appeal .
