w.p.no.14078/2013 (d.k.bain versus state of mp and others.02.09.2013 heard shri nitin karan, learned counsel for the petitioner and shri rajas pohankar, learned counsel for the respondents on advance copy on the question of admission and interim relief. the petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by the fact the his representation claiming compassionate appointment in place of his late father who died while in service on 19.10.2012, has not been considered and decided till date, therefore the same be directed to be considered and decided by the respondents/authorities. in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the effect that in case the petitioner files a copy of the order passed today and a copy of the petition before the authority concerned within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the certified copy, the representation of the petitioner annexure p/6 dated 28.06.2013 claiming compassionate appointment shall be considered and decided by the authority concerned expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months thereafter. however, it is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and therefore the authority would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter either accept or reject the representation by passing a reasoned order. with the aforesaid directions, the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of. c.c.as per rules. W.P.No.14078/2013 (D.K.Bain versus State of MP and otheRs.02.09.2013 Heard Shri Nitin Karan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Rajas Pohankar, learned counsel for the respondents on advance copy on the question of admission and interim relief.

The petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by the fact the his representation claiming compassionate appointment in place of his late father who died while in service on 19.10.2012, has not been considered and decided till date, therefore the same be directed to be considered and decided by the respondents/authorities.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the effect that in case the petitioner files a copy of the order passed today and a copy of the petition before the authority concerned within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the certified copy, the representation of the petitioner Annexure P/6 dated 28.06.2013 claiming compassionate appointment shall be considered and decided by the authority concerned expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months thereafter.
