Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that in view of the specific order issued by the State Government Annexure P-4 dated 30.8.1997, it was decided not to transfer class III clerical employees normally out of the district.
It was submitted by Shri Pateria that there was no extra ordinary circumstances in the matter of the appellant who was transferred from Hata district Damoh to district Panna.
It was further submitted by Shri Pateria that the appellant and one more employee namely Harish Chandra Ahirwar were the only clerks in tahsil Hata and both have been transferred from district Damoh to District Panna and in their place no other persons have been posted at Hata.
On raising such contention, learned counsel appearing for the State submitted that he may be allowed a short time to produce the relevant record in which because of some special circumstances the appellant and one Harish Chandra Ahirwar were transferred from Hata district Damoh to district Panna.
Prayer is allowed.

Till next date of hearing, it is directed that status quo as on today in respect of the present place of posting of the appellant shall be maintained by the respondents.
