This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the fiRs.information report registered by Police Bareilly at Crime No.55/2013, under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner and other accused persons.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with prayer that Police should investigate the offence fairly and that the contentions of the petitioner be also heard by the police.

It is directed that if the petitioner makes an application for submitting any document, it shall be considered by the Investigating Officer and the Investigating Officer shall conduct the investigation of the offence fairly against the petitioner.

Subject to aforesaid directions, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
