Keeping in view the ailment of the petitioner as is evident from the documents filed from Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court on 21.1.2013, in M.Cr.C.No.12298/2012, is extended by a further period of two months on the same terms and conditions as are contained in the order dated 21.1.2013.
