Shri Swapnil Ganguly, learned Panel Lawyer for respondent/State.

From the return filed by respondents, it is clear that as per seniority maintained in the matter of regularization of skilled labourer petitioner's chance/seniority has not come.

It is indicated that as and when petitioner attains seniority, his case shall be considered.

In view of above, respondents to consider the case of petitioner as per seniority.

In case claim of petitioner is not considered as per seniority, petitioner is granted liberty to assail the action afresh in accordance to law.

With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
