Shri Rajendra Pandey for the petitioner.

Shri Rajesh Tiwari, Government Advocate, for State.

In paragraph 3 of the return filed by the respondents, it is pointed out that until and unless the case sub judice before this Court being Writ Petition No.15894/2003 is not decided, claim of the petitioner cannot be adjudicated.

Petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court an order-dated 3.12.2008, passed by this Court in W.P.No.15894/2003, whereby the claim has been decided.

Now, as W.P.No.15894/2003 has been decided, respondents are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner - Annexure P/12, in accordance to law within a period of two months after considering the order passed in W.P.No.15894/2003.

With the aforesaid, the petition stands allowed and disposed of.
