Heard on IA No.16992/12, which is an application filed on behalf of applicant No.2 for deleting the name of applicant No.1 from the array of the petition on account of his death during pendency of this petition on 21.2.2012.

The death certificate is also annexed with the petition.

In view of death of the petitioner No.2, this petition become abeted till his extent.

Hence by allowing the IA the applicant counsel is directed to delete the name of applicant No.1 from the array of the petition and correcting number of applicant No.2 as applicant No.1 on record within seven days.
