On payment of P.F.by registered post with acknowledgment due within a week issue notice of aforesaid I.A.to the respondents.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the respondents are trying to create third party interest in respect of the suit land and in case they are not restrained, the same would lead to unnecessary complications.
